Note the following:
1. It is proposed that the Committee becomes the first Board of Directors of the Stoke Climsland Community Land Trust, once it is formed.
2. One year after the establishment of the Community Land Trust and once a broader membership base (in effect, shareholders) has been created, there will be formal elections. At that time, those already on the Board may offer themselves for re-election. (See Q & A page for more information).
